Literacy is an important concept to master in order to survive in the world — beyond the ability to read, literacy also encompasses understanding of the world. Join David Rambeau, Executive Producer of Project B.A.I.T. (Black Awareness in Television) and panelists including Malik Yakini, organizer of September is Black Reading Month; Romie Minor, curator of the E. Azalia Hackley Collection of the Detroit Public Library; Valerie Lockhart, editor & publisher of the Detroit Native Sun Newspaper; and Andre Batts, owner & editor of Urban Style Comics; for the fifth installment of Black Literacy Forum series.
