In this 4 week progression cultivate a sense of ease in both active and passive yoga poses as we include mindfulness development towards stress reduction. Discussion and guidance each week will include topics of depression, body image, hormones, nutrition, fertility, postpartum depression as well female anatomy. Program is suitable for All Women of All Levels.

Lisa Schneider-Mitchell is certified ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, her Yoga Studies include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Prenatal and she has also completed a 200 hour Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in Goa India at SOHYAA (School of Holistic Yoga and Ayurveda), her studies also include certification in Holistic Nutrition, Aromatherapy and Advanced Herbalism from The School of Natural Health Sciences.
