Are you looking to add something new to your fitness routine that is a fantastic cross training exercise and works all the body’s muscle groups while elevating your heart rate? Or maybe you‘re a man that thinks Barre classes are just for women? Well coming to a Barre Basics class is a great way to start!
Barre Basics is a perfect introductory class for those that are new to Barre. In this 60 Minute class we will go through and break down the signature moves and important postures that help our form and alignment stay strong. We will dissect the exercises at a slower pace while explaining and demonstrating. We will follow that with a short sequence and finish with some nice stretching.
Class is $10 Drop in for all.
