Restorative Yoga is a sequence of restful postures; providing healing for the body and mind. This practice loosens up joints and benefits the lymphatic, cardiac & nervous system as it lowers blood pressure & heart rate. Taking time out each day to relax is essential to living your life well. This workshop will help you to heal the effects of stress-related diseases, back pain, neck pain, high blood pressure, asthma, migraine and tension headaches, chronic fatigue and cancer.
Join me in a candlelight environment. This workshop is very soothing and will leave you feeling at peace, relaxed and restored. Please bring with you a pillow and blanket. Materials are limited at the studio.
