What is an arm balance? You may have already practiced them but need extra time and assistance to do them properly. In this two hour workshop you will build strength in your arms, shoulders, chest and core by finding a deeper understanding of alignment in arm balances. Anatomy of each posture will be discussed, and exercises to build strength and structure in your body will lead you into a safe and effective practice of each posture. Crow, crane, 8 angle, fallen angel, one footed pose, flying pigeon just to name a few!
