Yoga is a personal practice and every BODY is unique, so Back to the Basics is a perfect opportunity for new comers looking to deepen their awareness on their mat. In this 4 week progression you will develop proper alignment for your body, dissect basic postures, and feel that the postures are safe for your personal practice.
Classes are 75 minutes in length
