The presenter: Barbara Boldt – Chief Pitch Polisher
Barbara has been teaching Presentation Skills for almost 20 years. She learned to teach presentation skills in Italy, where she lived and worked for 11 years. During that time she coached hundreds of European managers from a wide range of businesses on how to deliver their messages with clarity and impact. For the past seven years she taught Presentation Skills in English to students in a technical/entrepreneurial Master’s program at the internationally recognized Swiss Federal Technical Institute of Lausanne (EPFL) in Lausanne Switzerland. She also coached the students in pitching their technical business ideas to panels of judges and investors.
Barbara loves to help people express their passion about what they do authentically, professionally and in a way that gets results. Her gift is her ability to give honest, constructive feedback with respect and compassion. Barbara holds a B.A. in Nutrition from the University of Iowa and a M.A. in International Relations from University of the Pacific.
