Here we go! Time to do our 4th camp of the last 2 years and these things have been a BLAST!

There are only 20 available slots and we will NEVER go beyond this. This is the first time we are doing a unisex camp and think its going to be our best yet!

Join us for on of our «4 Star Training Camps». These camps are physically and mentally demanding camps lasting three days. Friday will be an introduction session where we get to see you lift, you can meet others, and we can immedietly start attacking issues in your currentl lifting. Saturday and Sunday will be double days with rest sessions between the training periods.

The camp will be for ALL LEVELS of athletes working to improve their olympic lifts past their current abilities and also to walk away with the skills needed to improve their lifts into the future.

This camp will be for hard working athletes that take direction well and are not afraid to put in the extra work. Athletes attending should expect to leave with the movement and tools necissary to work their major flaws enabling them to make large amounts of progress in their Olympic lifts. This camp is NOT exclusive to high level lifters, athletes just need to be able to do the standard movements in a full range of motion and put in the amount of work required. ALL CLUBS, ATHLETES, AND PEOPLE are welcome.

This is an amazing training environment that every athlete we have had attend has not only walked away better but also with new skills, friends, and training tools to get them to their respective next level.

**We will be hosting (most likely on saturday in «break» time) a 1 hour workshop on competition prep since we get a lot of questions regarding this topic
